Half Gallon of Pure Maple Syrup – Wright Hill Maple
Enjoy a half-gallon of rich, locally-produced maple syrup from the foothills of Mt. Kearsarge in Sutton, NH.
Karl Brooks, steward of Wright Hill Farm, has been sugaring since he was a child. Today, he manages 130 taps that yield about 63 gallons of syrup each spring. Karl honors the long history of the land—worked by the Wright family since 1792 and long before that by Native peoples—by practicing thoughtful stewardship and sustainable farming.
Near the sugar shack stands the Mother Tree, the matriarch of the sugar maples whose roots now intertwine with the homestead’s old foundation. It’s a symbol of deep roots, heritage, and care. The syrup produced here is a true taste of place, with flavor as rich as its story.
