Short Creek Farm, located on 300 acres in Northwood, NH, was founded with the mission to craft exceptional sausages and meats using pasture-raised heritage breed pork and local ingredients. Over the years, founders Jeff and Dave have expanded their passion from farmers’ markets to a USDA-inspected production facility in Kennebunk, Maine.

In 2025, the farm was passed on to their longtime farm manager, ensuring that Short Creek continues to produce high-quality meats while supporting local agriculture.

These salami are a true taste of New England’s artisanal food scene—crafted with care, steeped in local farming values, and full of bold flavor.
