From the donor, Don Moss, Jr.:
Roni Raccoon, created by my dad, (also named Don Moss), was the mascot of the 1980 Winter Olympics at Lake Placid. My dad was an illustrator for Sports Illustrated for over 30 years with hundreds of published paintings, and he also did a wide range of sports related freelance work, such as this poster. It features Moss' bold geometric design of the raccoon face, and also shows Roni participating in a wide variety of winter Olympic sports. Perfect for the family room or child's room of any winter sports loving fan. Framed in a simple black wood frame, 20" x 24". Poster is in pristine condition.
